Q: [Does VIP provide alcohol?]
A: [No. Very Important Parties is strictly an event staffing
service. While we can mix whatever you might have into something
delicious, we cannot, under any circumstance, purchase
and supply alcohol for any event.]
Q: [How many bartenders do I need for my event?]
A: [One of our bartenders can handle up to 50 guests. If you are
expecting more than 50 guests at your event, it is highly
recommended that you request the appropriate amount of bartenders
based on a 50-to-1, guest-to-bartender ratio to ensure fluidity.]
Q: [How many servers do I need for my event?]
A: [The amount of recommended servers for your event depends upon
the size of the area in which your event is taking place as well as
your number of guests; a 25-to-1, guest to server ratio is our
maximum advised ratio.
If, for example, you are hosting an small, at-home event for fewer
than 25 guests, a single server is recommended.
If you are hosting an outdoor picnic at a park for 150
guests, a minimum of 6 servers are recommended. If you are having trouble

Q: [How much alcohol should I buy for my event?]
A: [Too much is always better than too little. In most
cases, party stores will refund the purchase price of any unopened
alcoholic beverage which means you won't have to worry about
overspending (make sure to check with your supplier first). If you
